Now in color...

This is Andy Kubert's cover to ARENA #4 and isn't it great? This is the first time I've seen it in color and I just had to share.

I really love all four covers that Andy pulled off on this series. They're definitely distinctive, no other book will look similar to ARENA next month and that's the hallmark of good cover art. They really stand out.

Hi, Keith.

Looks good, but I do have to ask: why a Green Lantern from Earth-5 and not a Fawcett character?

You'd have to ask Didio to be sure but I believe the line of thinking was to give the Fawcett characters a 'complete' Earth, fully populated with Fawcett-ized versions of the entire DCU.

I think it's a good idea, kind of a throwback to simpler times.
