Fingers crossed. I read something about and additional direct to video "Tales of the Black Freighter" being released as well. Then perhaps a special DVD edition of Watchmen with TOTBF edited into the movie. I may have screwed up some of the details but I'm pretty sure that's what the article said.
I thought that it was impossible to make a movie, even a trailer, about Watchmen. Well, Nite Owl is cooler than Blue Beetle and Batman (The Dark Knight) together, Rorschach is amazing and Jeffrey Dean Morgan really looks like The Comedian. A pity that they're all will dies, no chances for Watchmen: The Return.

I emailed Dave Gibbons and told him the preview took my breath away. He wrote back that it had the same effect on him.
Safe to say they nailed it, at least visually.
Both Tales of the Black Freighter and Under the Hood will be released on DVD the Tuesday after Watchmen hits theaters.
Then, somewhere down the line, we'll have a Watchmen Deluxe Dragon Tiger Platinum Edition DVD with all of it together.
I saw the trailer before The Dark Knight, and when you put those two things together, that makes about two and a half hours of forgetting to breathe.
Wow that trailer is awesome!
