Atom and Flash

Speaking of shameless plugging...

Using the Internet is probably the best marketing tool in comics right now so expect many interview links to be posted on this blog in 08. Last year was a good year for me in terms of making the transition from inker to writer. This year, I'll be working overtime to solidify and grow my career in the writerly direction. I'm already sick of hearing from me so I imagine the rest of you are too. I guess we'll all have to deal with it together.

Great interview Keith! Glad to know they are done in one's too, can't wait to read them. My comic shop closed so I have to order them online, so forgive me for responding 2 years too late lol.

Hi Keith, great work on this week's Atom. I really enjoyed it. To me it felt like it fit in seemlessly with what Gail has been writing while being a very entertaining done-in-one story.

Have you ever worked with Jerry Ordway before? It must have been a dream come true to write for and ink for him!

Im also looking forward to next month's Flash and I enjoyed Arena too (the Blue Beetle fight still gives me chills)!

Any news on whether you're getting a monthly gig yet?

Thanks, Dan. Glad you liked it and yeah, working w/ Jerry Ordway was a career highlight. I've gotten to work w/ Byrne, Gibbons, and Ordway over the last year or so, I'm living out all my career dreams one at a time.

No word on a monthly yet. I've got a couple of pitches in the fire and had a couple of things mentioned to me this week. So it's a wait and see kind of thing.

Let me know if you like The Flash!

Bought Atom, read Atom, and greatly enjoyed Atom. The stocks were a nice touch.

Great job on your Atom issue, you captured the feel Gail gave to the book perfectly.

I'm looking forward to your Flash issue. I hope you land a mini or longer gig for DC soon, i'll be there to read it.
